Then we headed to Agde to go to the beach but there were no carparks and it was getting late so we headed home to an early tea and an early bed, because we are going for a early morning ride

I couldn't sleep it was too hot but eventually got to sleep at 10.30pm everyone else was snoring.

... quite rewarding. Walking into a mobile home that has been stood over winter with no occupancy is disgusting as you can imagine, so there we were scrubbing every wall, bit of invent the works. It would of helped if the previous couriers from last year montage the vans in a better way.

Up (feeling very stiff after yesterdays effort) , breakfast and in the van at 8am to drive approx 100km to the Tour race start in St Gaudens.
