The Park Inn is centrally located and has good facilities. The staff were friendly although it took some time to get someone to open the room safe which was locked when we booked in. It would get the extra star if it had a guest laundry. The nearest laundrette is Brights Laundrette which is a 12 minute walk away.

It was 40 minutes of bliss. We ...

... of mine, Vicky, who studies with me in Karlsruhe and is also busy doing a semester abroad in the UK and will be coming to Cape Town at the beginning of February for 2 weeks, met me and we had lunch together at Jamie Oliver's Italian Restaurant in Nottingham. I was so excited! The food was delicious. I had a Truffle Risotto and then we still had Chocolate Brownies with Caramelized Popcorn and Amaretto flavoured Ice-Cream, which ...
