We rode back to North Bay and checked into our next hotel and were directed to a restaurant for dinner called Average Joes. When we walked in the hostess asked if we had reservations and when we said no proceeded to seat us at the best table in the place! The restaurant is right on the shore of Trout Lake just east of North Bay. They have floor to ceiling windows and from our table ...

... We were hoping for a high temp of around 58, but it never got there, staying around 52 degrees.
Today we have planned a shorter trip further east to Mattawa near Quebec. We initially planned to ride a loop north from North Bay into Quebec and back but it would be an all day ride of nearly 300 miles with no time to stop and enjoy the sights. Thus the shorter trip east.

Aujourd'hui il fait beau et on est lundi pourtant y a pas plus d'activités que le dimanche.
Bref mis à part les activités nautiques North Bay n'a pas beaucoup d'intérêts touristiques.
J'ai loué un vélo et parcouru la ville et les bords du lac Nipissing.
Après la balade je suis allée me désaltérer au bar à côté de l'hôtel

Tomorrow we aim for Camerons Campground and Rv park at Iroquis fall a little south of Cockrane Ont. It is about a 5-6 hr drive only and that is just about right length of time on the road
