    The End of the Road

    ... frog and birds.  Right now human activity is pretty quiet, being in between programs but it should pick up later in the month as we get more settled in. At the end of May, we will head north to Oregon to spend June and July mostly at the Ananda Laurelwood center where we actually are domiciled, ya know,  licenses, vehicles, insurance, etc.  Then will see what is right to do next.  And, no, we are not going to Alaska this ...

    ... look like a painting in the sky. What an amazing view for the last part of our hike. As we near the end, we cross a small bridge that must be filled with hundreds of frogs. You can hear them all around!

    We only have a little farther to go. We're almost there! We have perfect timing! We reach the car just in time to witness a beautiful sunset. A perfect ending to an awesome hike! I can't wait to see where our adventures will take us next!

    ... safely! Sheba loved all the smells from the car window and couldn’t wait to get out when we stopped. We got our packs on and headed out! So many amazing things to see along the way! The views are breathtaking and the quiet, peacefulness is a much needed break from the crazy city life. It is much cooler once we arrive at the falls. We stop here ...
