    ... we hear, but a crowd of drunks leaving the bar after many a beer..... Remember that Remer is just a slow spot on the hiway...not a huge population...maybe 300 people...seems they were all out partying in that bar...and one guy on a very, very loud motorcycle drove around for a while...at about 1am...so not a great sleep for either of us...and then around 7am, a cement truck showed up because something desperately needed to be fixed at ...

    ... stocked up for another year. After the winery, we continued on to Bemidji for dinner. We've been to Tutto Bene's before and knew it was a great little Italian restaurant, and once again, we were not disappointed. The date night special included a bottle of wine, appetizer/salad, entree and a dessert to share for a very reasonable $50. The food was amazing, as was the company, of course.

    ... is known for its cheese. Speaking of which, we had stopped for a snack before Chetek yesterday and ended up with a taster pack of cheese curds/bites and pepperoni. The cheese was excellent, so tasty.
