... our favorite shops include: Tiger Lily's, Lundrigan's, Jenny & Company, and Christmas Point.

We shopped, enjoyed some lunch at the Village Square Cafe, and then shopped some more. Tom biked down, met us for lunch, and shopped for awhile with me before biking back to Cass Lake.

We spent a cool, lazy evening around the cabin, reading and playing games.

... Tom & I got on our bikes and hit the Heartland Trail down to Walker. The 24-mile trip was pleasant and a nice workout for me. The chutes are then lowered over a waiting barge below and the ore is dumped on board.
