... part was at the top before the slide started. You step on a platform, and then the ride attendant presses a button, and in 3-2-1, the platform drops and you are sliding down! I think I would have enjoyed the ride more if the platform hadn't vanished beneath my feat!

Anyways, after going on those slides a few times, we went over to Lake Wilderness Outdoor Waterpark and Wild West Waterpark, which are right next to each other (one is outdoors and one is indoors). ...

The harmony echoing off the halls of the tunnel was beautiful. When I left the tunnel to travel back to wilton I came across the Amish Parking Lot. There must have been 10 buggies sitting there. I should have stopped and taken a photo. ...

    Wisconsin - "America's Dairyland"

Decided to break the trip through to Minneapolis so stayed halfway at Wisconsin Dells. Reminded us of Pigeon Forge with amusement and water parks everywhere. A real summer holiday spot for the tourists. Population is 2600 but one hotel alone (Mt Olympus) advertised 1500 rooms.
