'All our bags are packed and we're ready to go..........'
Whoop! Whoop! It's been a long time coming but the day has finally arrived to start our European adventure. Having packed Daisy we had to get her weighed to see how much we then had to take off again.......luckily we were well within our limits so Paul didn't have to offload any wine or beer and Mandy can come too!

The narrowness of the lane combined with the lack of parking space in the village and the popularity of the destination have long made it necessary to force visitors to park at the top and walk down. ... from the off. An hour in we stopped at a cafe to con us into buying food. Had it not been for this we would have been at the hotel in time for food! We stayed on the coach. Ah the coach, never again shall Barry be allowed to choose the seats. Surrounded by noisy, smelly children and smokers. We transferred to a taxi and squeezed in with another couple for the final part of the journey to our hotel. First impressions ...

that we have at home. There are probably more varieties and makes of cars than
we have (eg. Rover, Citroen, or Peugeot) as well they have as all the US and
Japanese makes. And there seem to be lots of luxury cars wherever we go.
The other thing that we notice is RV’s, which are gaining in popularity. They may not be
as big or as plentiful as we have, and not as many styles. ...

The next day we headed through the Dartmoor Forest. These have the moors going over the hills and are very sparse. Once again the scenery is wonderful and I don't know what we will do back in Hamilton. Ah well we will enjoy it while we ...
