After Dublin we headed for Cork city. We spent two nights in Cork and on wednesday we made the day trip to Blarney Castle and planted one on the famous Blarney stone. It was a lovely castle and grounds and we walked around all day. Again absolutely torrential rain the whole day. Afterwards treated ourselves to creamed filled eclairs and apple turnovers mmmmm yum.
