    A Finlay-free day today so we went for a day out to sleaford. Nice market town and we dropped on farmers market day so we bought, of course, lots of good Lincolnshire food. Sleaford church is a very interesting church dating from the 1300's and with a range of gorgeous stained glass windows, mostly Victorian, but some 1900's and a lovely modern window from a couple of years ago. Then a trip to the only eight-sail windmill in the country and on to the bubble car ...

    We are back in our cottage in Martin for three weeks. Finlay has grown SO much. It feels like he's twice the length that he was!
