North Shore Sydney

... is a bumm**. I hate being the one left behind. It’s always easi** to be the one traveling and walking out the door because things are happening, you are moving, you are doing. At least I am still on my around the world tour or I’d be really totally bummed and depressed. I hope the next month moves quickly so that we can meet up again before the end of the year in Toronto with our daught** and our cats.

... but were extremely lucky not to be left behind. Get some good photos of the cliffs and coastline on the way out, and the local boats doing the sunset cruise.

... CVB. In the afternoon, we stopped at the Sydney Fish Market to buy shrimp for dinner at DeCosti's. The boats sell directly to the market vendors and they are flush with any variety of fish and seafood you can imagine. There are also great places to eat fresh seafood right within the market. We drove home through the Observatory area and there were several weddings taking place in the late afternoon ...

I've now been in Sydney since Friday and I feel like the (travelling) holiday is over.

Despite having mixed feelings for New Zealand I now feel nostalgic for my time spend there.

I don't think I really understood how hard finding work in a city I know nothing about would be.

Since I last updated the blog I have left Queenstown, travelled north in New Zealand to Christchurch (where it rained and nothing else much happened ...

... lunch we will head to Homebush to loook around the Olympic site and look at the outlet shops to see if there are any bargains to be found.
