Our hotel is on the promenade, right across the street from Cardigan Bay. The beach is coarse sand and stones but the view is breathtaking. We'll upload a few pictures later. So we duly did and were rewarded with special passes which gave us free entry into grandstands, free food and drinks at the Pavillion and the use of all their facilities.
