      ... getting to know everything about each other. I remember how scared I was that I wouldn't find my place in the group. I was so shy at first, and I was sad. I needed a lot of space because I would feel overwhelmed. Now all I want is to spend every second with these people.

      One bittersweet component of Canada World Youth is learning how to say goodbye. Saying goodbye to people you have cared for and people you love is very difficult, especially when you know that you might never see some of those people again, or at least for many years.
