        ... buildings from an old farm and fishery. They had an excellent display of old Norwegian boats. There were two dark brown/black horses that were similar to Fjords. The curator explained that Fjord horses were not used much in Northern Norway. Instead they used these black horses.         ... a good overnight spot between a fjord and a lake, along with several other MH's from France, Germany, Finland, Holland and of course some Norwegians. The rain also carried on - all night. There was a boardwalk by the site, obviously leading to a view, but you couldn't see anything!

        ... to the water lapping on the rocks beneath our cabin! The following day we woke up- drew back the curtains and were delighted to see the tips of the mountains and more mountains- more than we could see yesterday it was spectacular and we knew the snow shoe hiking would be on, we packed up our things as we had to check out and headed over to reception- the ice had gone a little so it was much easier today.
