      ... me thinks as we plod down yet another travellator in search of the "Tower" ascent reception! We spend an hour traipsing round a bloated shopping centre full of flabby armed Brits clutching more bags of shiny "stuff". A detour via a huge set piece water feature and a chat with a couple from the UK (who love Dubai for the "SHOPPIN") ............good grief why fly 7 hours to go to The Bentalls Centre on steroids...... By 1630 we stumble faint ...

      ... woken by a thunder storm around 4 (ask me who was the genius that left her shoes outside thinking"no the weather is so nice it won't rain"?!) Anyway, thought I may as well make use of my idle time! Brekky doesn't start till 7 and the plan is to be out the door by 8 so I'm off to get ready for the day now. Busy day ahead and dinner plans for tonight so I should have plenty to report back on with my next entry! Peace ...

      ... in the world. The Docklands Light Railway (DLR) is also a light rail system which runs from the city to the east of London. London also has a cable car which runs to and from the O2 Arena. To the south of the city there are trams.
      London has six airports - Heathrow, Gatwick, Stansted, Luton, South End and City Airport all of these airports connect around the world.

      ... to take in a show. Jersey Boys for the third time for the Blacker's (twice in New York now London) - first for the Buxton's. Early dinner, show and back to the hotel in a London taxi. Jersey Boys fantastic! Taxi service - impressive. Cannot understand why Melbourne does not follow London's example. And we fitted in 6pm communion at St Martin's of the Field, a busy city church near Trafalgar ...
