Hannah and Liz were amazing and helping to make sure that we were doing as much as we could in the time that we had.

The next day we went to a food festival. I didn't know what to expect but though there may have been food stall dotted around the streets. I couldn't have been more wrong!

... under the hopeful gaze of the parents, was blessing water to give to a sick young child and exhorting him to heal.

Suddenly a loud, high pitched noise completely drowned out out the chattering of visitors and people started running for the door. Fortunately (as this was one of only 2 exits) the patient we had been seeing was right next to it.

... 40+ kids sharing 12 discs on a dirt field full of rocks, throwing and running an there is absolutly no injury to report. After a few drills and basic throws, we organise a pick up game and again, they show great discipline. They also demonstrate that they can easily transfer their basketball skills to the game : their positioning is often great.

Overall, it was a complete success. Thank you Nathan! I am now a regular volunteer at DUNK!
