... to the baggage claim an airport worker approached me and asked for my boarding pass, as if he was there to help me find my luggage. I gave it to him, and we walked toward where my plane luggage was. Keep in mind this airport is not like any I've been in, it was poorly lit, overly crowded and very warm. I saw my purple suitcase coming so i told him that was mine and he lifted it off for me. Then I had to wait for my pack which I ...

This morning I woke up at 5:30am but I was tired from the busy day yesterday so I slept till 7am and when I did get up only Julia was awake in bed. However, I was also very excited to start my ...

... can also see here! We also have pictures of the many buildings and cites we passed on our tour.

There was a low note (for some) shortly following though as we went to go shopping in the open market. We weaved through the roads of town in a single line for what seemed like at least an hour. We were crowded in all directions by an endless sea of ebony skin, bright fabric, cars and motorcycles whizzing by only inches from us, eyes plastered on ...

Just a quick entry to digest on my work rotation in Ghana. Typing this as I sit at the airport about to fly out to Lisbon on my 14th break. It is a month and one day since I landed back in Ghana after my Gallipoli/Perth break. This was a shorter one following the 7 weeker I did last time and the bit of annual leave etc that makes this one shorter. I wish I could do 4 week or so rotations each time. Much better for your mental health and I would even say ...
