... day in Ghana we went out to a grocery store with some friends and loaded up on snacks and chocolate bars. It was a very rewarding day. Once all stocked up with food we headed back to the ship and set sail for South Africa at 8:00 p.m.

The main thing I am taking away from Ghana is being more grateful for the little things in life. In the US we are so privileged to have the commodities that we do, but sometimes we take these for granted.

I didn't really pay a ton of attention to the game, but it was still really fun. i felt like i was back home going to a sporting event. plus, we got a tro tro back really quickly and easily, so it wasnt even a pain in the neck to travel, like it can be from time to time here!

again, i had to run and go to class before 7:30 in the morning so i was asleep the instant we got back.

The beach at Big Milly's ( and all along the Ghana coast we w**e told by the rest of the group) w2was not really too safe for swimming so whenev** anyone went in we went in groups and no one really ventured out past about hip deep.

Most of the group headed into Accra but as we had sampled its 'delights' for the past week Sarah and I just hung around Big Milly's, had a few drinks and took it pretty easy.

... maste tjana bra pa detta. Tillbaka till min hemresa sa aker jag nog till Cape Coast 1/4 och stannar dar och turistar lite och sedan tar jag bussen till Accra och taxi till flygplatsen. Det brukar inte vara problem med bussen mellan Cape Coast och Accra och vagen ska vara ok.
