... that, Mr. Mickelson and I will head to the airport for our departure to the United States. Our plane leaves Lagos at 10:00 Sunday night and arrives home in Washington State approximately 24 hours later.

This will likely be my last blog post while in Africa. I will post a short update upon our safe arrival back home.

We were pleased with the dialogue and tone of our conversation with him. He was happy that Mr. Akinbo offered to return and conduct educational workshops in the upcoming months. The driver, of course, has no change, so I go into the hotel lobby. They can’t find any change there either. They call an employee, who comes to the lobby and gives me N 600 to pay the taxi driver. The driver had demanded 100 extra because the hotel was much further than he thought. Actually he wanted more than 100 extra, but Yomi chastised him for not knowing where he’s going and missing the exit, so we settle at 100 extra just to get rid of ...
