... getting away from their wives but no other 23 year olds carrying cordless gas straighteners (elly's not mine). We went for another dip in the Rhine as it is so refreshing after a day in the sun, and now enjoying more cold German beer ( Gaffel Kolsch) from the campsite which is somehow really cheap, looking forward to more 'spectacular views' along the Rhine gorge tomorrow. ... took the very sweaty tram back into Koln for some sightseeing around the cathedral which Elly very much enjoyed whilst I checked out the cathedrals pews, luckily she didn't manage to see the downstairs section and I distracted her whilst the people in front of us went down the stairs. The cathedral was too much excitement so we went and grabbed a local gelato before returning to the campsite for a dip in the Rhine to cool off and enjoyed a beer in the sun.
