As anyone who has been to Europe wouldl know, the bakeries here are absolutely magnificant. They are also out of the question for Del, so lots of willpower is essential. One of the positives is that chocolate is generally okay - yeah! So is the old European staple- Nutella - but not on a crepe or a waffle!

Brussels turned on a dark cold morning which turned into a light snow ..probably sleet actually..as we traversed back to the station..Cologne bound... a journey of 220 kms in 1:47 mins.. the further into Germany we travelled , the heavier the snow.. viewed through the window it was magical..all the stuff movies, dreams and white Christmas' are made of...
