        Tonight we are dining in the Chops Grille for my birthday. They claim the best steak on the high seas. We have much more motion on this crossing than we did last year in the Pacific. They have drained and closed the pools until we get to some calmer waters. They have also made some subtle changes in the entertainment because of the increased motion.

        So, we hope all are well and we will get back to you when better conditions permit. ...

        ... for the journey and then find our coach. Not so far to walk today as yesterday thank goodness. We are in premium economy too so leather seats and some refreshments during the journey. We are sitting in window seats opposite each other. Next to me is an academic who specialises in plants and their diseases etc - he lives in Bologna but was in Turin for a meeting he tells us.
