... a small town can support so many, they were every few blocks. We had googled things to do in Kawaguchiko which came back with a shrine and a lakeside park. We found the shrine which seemed kind of ruined and had a creepy rusted swing set near it. The shrine was all dusty and it didn't look like anyone had been near it in years. ... Stop which helped us get back to the hotel. I was very much impressed with the Ryokan style room where you sleep on the floor. They have a low level dining table which is helpful if you chose to have room service. The hotel personnel also helped us in making our bed for the night.
