      ... It was so wonderful to experience. After a few hours the children began to play some games. The children taught us a couple of games they play before I pulled a few old favourtites out of the old kids rep bag such as duck duck goose; tongue murder and legs 7. The kids were great and all joined in. The place was filled by their beautiful laughter! After they'd knackered us out, we did some more art and taught some of them how to use our old camera that we'd brought along to use. ...

      ... minutes of finishing my lunch the rain began again, much earlier than normal and well with that I resigned to my room for a movie day and catching up on writing. Only ****** part about it was that my laundry was now soaking wet again and I was leaving the next morning for Lake Toba which was a solid 9-10 hours of driving. Cannot wait to see what they would smell like by the time I arrived. ARG. Oh well...just have to do my favourite choir again once I got there; weather permitting.

      It was a tough trek through the jungle, steep ups and downs and proves tiring day, I was with a group of another seven tourists who were also trekking for two days, and on arrival at our camp we all washed the days dirt off in the river before dinner was served.       ... Mina is a famous orangutan known for attacking 35 guides and 10 tourists over the years. However it wasn't Mina, but Suma who is the oldest orangutan in this part of the park at 47 years old. We filed past one at a time and again got some great shots.

      ... hiking boots as lost ours and in the company of 2 Canadian girls an American girl and 2 guides.
