... During that weekend, we ate very well, there were a lot of fruits and nuts, and the meals Barry's parents cooked for us were plentiful. I also tasted the best 炒面 (Chao Mian, or fried noodles) I've ever had. When I thought the weekend couldn't get any better, we were served Chinese tea, and it was definitely the greatest tasting tea I've ever tasted.

I hope I will keep seeing and discovering new things to share with you,

Until next time !

... day, really warm and sunny.

We got back and had a lovely evening with Silvie at home as she had cooked a lovely Morroccan curry and couscous.

Very relaxing weekend!

We are both in Ningbo for the rest of the week visiting all three of our centres.

In the evening we went to a restaurant and wine bar to meet up with Aly and Zephyr (Silvie's lovely art and English ...

Upon my arrival at the airport, I was met by my new roommate, Patrick, and his Nepalese friend, Eric, who has been living in Ningbo for seven years now. Then, we met up with Charlie, who is from France and went off to a bar where a party was being held. There I met many Americans, Brits, Germans, Swedes, and of course, Chinese locals. It was a great way to be ...

Back to lectures...

Sadly Hong Kong marked the end of our travels, and when we got back to Ningbo on Monday night we had to sort our selves out ready to start lectures properly in the morning. The others (Hayden, Becky, Hannah, Luis and Antonia) had arrived earlier in the day but by the time we'd gone for supper at Yummy on the way back to building 18 they'd crashed out from the jet lag and travelling all day. We saw them all on Tuesday when we caught up over supper and told them ...
