... just as I remembered from nearly 20 years ago. Why hasn't Australia caught up with this trend?

Breakfast the next day was quick and early, as we were trying to beat the crowds at the Minoan Palace of Knossos. ... tripped and fell. Fortunately she was fine. We got back on our boat and went to the other island Palea Kameni were there are hot springs. Some people on the boat went for a swim to the hot springs but most came back disappointed as the water in the springs was not very warm.

We then headed back to the Port of Athinos where we boarded our buses and went to visit a winery, Santo Wines Winery. ...

... Got to taste 12 wines each (and they aren't shy on how much they pour in each glass). We also witnessed 2 wedding ceremonies.

... Ok, so we were shown to our room, a beautiful room with jacuzzi overlooking the caldera and a bathroom into a cave, its amazing. Just few minutes later we had a knock at the door, someone turned up with a small plate of little crunchy bread, tomatoes, sardines and raki - a little welcome pack. Yum.
