Early breakfast and down to beach. At breakfast we looked down to the pool and saw all the staff that had been put on this weeks rota for lifeguard duty, being put through a really thorough resuscitation training programme with back boards, oxygen breathing equipment and a defibrillator. However, it is on the other side of Bintan Island and was more expensive so we just decided to go to Nirwana Resort. Our goal was simple, go explore the beach and get massages.
