Our third character but certainly not our last was Triffi, a 66 year old semi hippie wearing Bob Marley T's, travelling with her 75 year old boyfriend (who is still on their first date which has lasted a very long time). Triffi has the most wicked and left of centre (particularly for an American) sense of humour, that at times was hard to follow but definitely entertaining. It was really fun! It's a great experience and the one activity I would suggest people to do is the trapeze with the Club Med Circus crew they are awesome and it's a lifetime experience. I want to go back to Turks and Caicos for sure and stay at the Seven Stars Hotel it's drop dead gorgeous!!!

... This place is a restaurant with a rather lively nightlife atmosphere. Upstairs from Jimmy's is Calico Jack's. again with a good nightlife atmosphere, and a great place to have dinner. The food here is equally good, but I prefer the atmosphere downstairs at Jimmy's. ... for 2 people. We went outside the reef to snorkel adjacent to the Leeward area. It was too choppy for me. I did a little bit, but like I've already said, I'm a little nervous. Hubby was all over, but said it wasn't that great. The great thing was while I was on the boat (with another sissy like me!), we saw an Eagle Ray jump out of the water 3 times right by our boat. ... walk to the docks where they were located. It doesn't rain much here. In fact, it hadn't rained for six months prior to our arrival. Then it rained. All six months worth in a matter of minutes! It wouldn't have been so bad had the road been paved. Believe it or not, the main road into the docks and the quay itself was dirt! ... amusing too when watching beginners! We have bars and restaurants at Turtle Cove Marina which is a 5 minute walk (or 1 minute drive) away. Red tape on the island is interesting... We spent 2 months-worth of our one day off trying to open bank accounts, get driving licences etc but the rules change every week for non-permanent residents... It took a total of 3 months to get a bank account, another 2 to get a 'checking' account... We spent a number of weeks looking for a car ...

Another spring break trip with my parents, this time to beautiful Providenciales, Turks &amp; Caicos. Beautiful beaches and great scuba diving - it's where I got certified! We also fell in love with the many cats on the resort property - unfortunately, we couldn't bring them home!<br>
