    ... the beach using the chairs provided for us and soaking up the lovely water. The "sand" goes into the water maybe 5 metres or so then abruptly stops and then smooth volcanic rock takes over and as far out as you go is no longer sand but large smooth rocks underfoot.

    ... tomatoes, olives, fetta, seasoned lamb rissoles and tzatziki, and samples of the wines produced on the island. The excursion completed with a short ride back down the steep cliffs to the port, where a tender returned us to the ship and the end of our Greek Island visit.

    We spent the afternoon in the jacuzzi chatting with a couple from Melbourne & Zurich, before dinner in L'Etoille restaurant again and then the ‘Pirates’ show in the ships 1,000 seat theatre.
