    ... and told Ahmet to "find a lawyer if he wasn't happy". Ahmet lost 20 demerits (he has up to 100 before loosing his licence). As a group, we have decided to write a letter to Fez Travel to recommend that they fight the charges as Ahmet has been nothing but professional and has a clean driving record. It was purely a corrupt policeman in action, so whilst I'm sure nothing will eventuate, maybe it might help Ahmet in some way with his employer. ...

    ... BC. They also left a lot of monumental tombs from this period, which you can see in some of the pictures. The region of Lycia was also notorious for its pirates, although I have yet to spot any of those. Today it's probably most famous for its beaches, 500-km "Lycian Way" hiking trail, and innumerable greenhouses that are used to grow tomatoes.

    ... been 15-20kms of coasting downhill with the engine off, in the dark and dangerous roads with obstacles and sheer drop offs, totally ridiculous, and this went on for almost 30 minutes. In all, I probably coasted 30kms intermittently.

    ... better than Erin. Erin kept declaring the function was broken after 10 tries and then Kev would attempt one panoramic shot and capture it perfectly. Once back on the boat we enjoyed another delicious dinner prepared by the crew. A while later some of the guests visited the other V-Go boat that had docked next to us for the night. Word had it that the other boat were a bit out of control and we were glad to have some fellow travellers who were equally as relaxed ...
