... substitute for our hospital visit, which could no longer occur as the hospital’s administrators have banned all visits by delegations. The girls working on the embroidery were producing remarkable work, but, as with the artwork we had seen, was all copied from originals, rather than original. The main reason we were all interested in visiting here was that we had good views of the Hotel Ryugyong, the 105-storey, 330-metre high, pyramid-shaped skyscraper. ...

He has a t money card which is rechargeable. You scan it to go through the gate And leave. I had a single journey card that I scan then feed to a machine and get my 500 won deposit back. I turn around and he is standing around near a column, near the exit. Okay... I walk buy and I'm on ...

... me haha! We then visit a very boring Kaesong city museum. None of us really cared about what the nice local guide was saying. Eventually we leave to visit the DMZ or demilitarized zone separating south and north korea. There is a complex that is situated on the border that allows government officials to discuss in neutral ground in 5 different little huts. Surprisingly enough there seems to be no south korean guards there, only north. ...
