Had a really busy day today! Walked for miles across Bangkok, went to the shopping malls, saw the street markets and went to the famous Khao San road which is known as a backpacker hotspot. I ate a pork scratching not knowing it was infested with ants until they were crawling all over my hands and face. I tried to wash out my mouth whilst yelling at Paul to destroy the pork scratching. He calmly explained to me that lots of people inadvertently end up eating an ant. I was too busy scraping ants off my tongue (?!) to explain to him that from what I was seeing in the sink I ate a lot more than just one ant. ...
