    Dragan informed us that he had arranged 2 bases for a trip to Regensburg while the boat cruised up, off we went, guided walk though town established in 500BC, one of Germany's best preserved medieval cities.     ... when everyone met for lunch at Heilig -Geist- Spital where we enjoyed lunch consisting of soup, Sauerkraut and german sausage complimented with white wine.
    Following lunch we are free time until 3pm when we had to meet the bus to transfer us to our new ship the Viking Magni where we would continue the remainder of our trip to Budapest.

    And so we had arrived at our last day and obviously, being us, we were keen to leave no stone unturned in terms of seeing local sights.

    We reported for duty at "The Benedict's" and were given GPS coordinates for our first objective. Once I had completed unpacking, I left and took a tour of the area close to the apartment. From a location perspective, this may be the best yet. There is a Spanish tapas restaurant directly across the street and I am virtually adjacent to the Altstadt (old town).
