Back safe in the Netherlands,

Our trip home was not enjoyable, small airplane, delays, saying good-bye to Cian...we were travelling for about 25 hours in total, just too much. Dad flew home the next afternoon and I headed back to work. Jetlag still hasn't worn off, and it's now nearly a week later!

... It was all in dutch so I was pretty bored, and fell asleep. It was a bit embarrassing cos I woke myself up with a snort, which I think only I heard...

For dinner I picked up a pizza from a nearby shop, I couldn't be bothered to cook (I would have had to defrost stuff...). It was pretty nice- good thin crust - but not as good as mum/dads.

... had left 5 minutes earlier (while we were wandering the streets). So we had an hour to kill. Hot chocolate at a nearby café handled that, with the added bonus of a loo stop for just 50 cents each. Charging for toilets is not something we ever see on our side of the world, but normal here.
