Brought brekky this morning at the Cologne railway station because we discovered they have lovely yogurt and muesli. Then we went shopping. I bought a pair of German shoes, made in Hamburg, for $52! Rosanne bought a very comfortable pair of new season shoes for a little more. While we were in the hotel lounge this morning we overheard a group of Brits on a coach tour being corralled into where they needed to go by their super efficient tour guide and made a ...

... trying to keep the hatred alive. Also chatted to the guy behind the bar at hotel Wyndham. He is a Bulgarian engineer who is working in hospitality to improve his English language skills, so he can get a job in IT here in Germany. It will be nice to just camp in a city for a while, and I have no doubt that I will find plenty to do in the big city as there are so many amazing things to see! That's all for now, take care folks! -Terrence out Ps pictures are on my phone so probably won't be updated until the weekend ...

... begin our 8 day adventure in Dusseldorf...

Because of the lovely Ryan Air, the only place we could fly into was Dusseldorf-Weeze airport...about 1 hour outside the actual city of Dusseldorf. Dusseldorf was not on my list of top cities to see after Berlin, but because of Ryan Air, what choice did we have? Dusseldorf ended up being awesome! We quickly learned that Dusseldorf was the fashion capital of Germany. They had their version of the ...
