      ... of the day was a visit to Anne Frank's house. We saw her original diary, waked in the original secret rooms behind the movable bookcase doorway, and felt a little of what it must have been like to live this way in what turned out to be a futile attempt to escape the Nazis. Sandy read "The Diary Of Anne Frank" in high school so the visit was especially interesting for her.

      ... a friend to hop on, they literally do. Most have little platforms on the back or a metal patio chair looking rack on the front and people just 'hop' on while the person rides by.

      - the buildings are so cool! All of the brickwork and arches! Loving them. And they are soooo close together but still are separate.

      - strangers in passing peddle boats will give you a Heineken if you ask them.

      ... and pedestrians are left to their own devices to try not get cleaned up by bike, bus, car or tram!! It definitely tested our instinct to look the wrong way before crossing the streets! We walked around the streets of the Leidseplein for a bit before stopping at an Italian place called Casadi Sergio Ristorante Italiana.       ... find my new friends. I wandered a bit and asked a stranger for help but eventually found my friends. We drank, got pretty crayy and headed downtown for a club. This was my 3rd club experience on this trip, and it wasn't the greatest haha. The company was cool but the club not so much. I went home pretty early, I had my flight the next day.

      ... was magnificent, all of the rooms in the Palace were very ornate and had so much detail. Once were finished touring the palace we headed to the Heineken Factory. It was 18 euros to tour the factory which sounds expensive, but it was well worth it. I have toured the Jameson Factory and Guinness Factory, but Heineken was definitely my favorite. You get 2 1/2 pints and I got 3 pints thanks to Jenna who answered a trivia question right and got a free 1/2 pint ...
