The miracle of modern air-travel: 24hours after waving goodbye to Pam at Heathrow, the kids are cheering as the captain announces that we are about to land at Melbourne. ... unusual for the lifeguards (many volunteers) can make up to 250 rescues a day with the average being around 100 a day!As the sun disappeared behind the sea, and the once sunlit promenade was now alight with hundreds of colourful lights, we made our way home on the bus. Our sleepy legs just about got us home from the bus stop, and 5 very tired people kicked off their shoes and tucked into steaming mugs of hot chocolate and talked all about the days adventures.

Its a long way from Melbourne to London! Even with some very big sleeps, Flynn managed to watch the Lego Movie about twenty times.
