... cobwebs in the eating area, the kitchen floor was dirty, there
was no dryer and the drying rack was outside attached to the wall with
no shelter from the rain, the only frying pan was one big enough to fry only 1
egg at a time (thus slow feeding for a family of 5, forget scrambled

... job. The hotel we are staying in was built in 1881 so no lifts and we are on the second floor. There are only 22 rooms. I did say to Brian that as it got dusk the room didn't seem very bright. Days 77-83 (2nd-8th Feb)

This was our first full week at work so we were getting into the swing of things and finding our feet. We are definitely loving the benefits of getting paid weekly and it's nice to be earning some money - saving for the rest of our travels starts now!
