We had a quick chat in the evening but we were tired. We went to bed and as soon as Brian woke up, he made his way to Dunkin' Donuts to get coffee and doughnuts. He bought 6 doughnuts and some bagels, but "magically" only 3 doughnuts made it into the Kruzel home. Go figure...

Otherwise Newport was quaint in the way of all New England towns and was similar to villages in the UK of the same vintage (Newport is celebrating its 375th birthday this year!).
