Wow time is flying we had better make some more notes or we'll forget this stuff.
When we last wrote we had just seen a rocket launch over the ocean that left us one night on the coast just south of Daytona beach. we found a park on a hotel strip to sleep for the night but just as I lay down we got moved on by security and ended up sleeping in a hotel parking lot. We didn’t get to Daytona but Cocoa beach wasn’t a patch on Ohope so ...
... a week, then in Denver for a few more days.
We leave Denver for Hawaii on January 3rd.
I can't wait to see where Tim grew up and meet his extended family.
Then we'll be in Denver for New Year's Eve!!
I guess we we better hold on to our Winter Jackets a bit longer.
... 00 and drove all around that place to kill a couple of hors before check-in. Had some really good Blue Bell ice cream in a shop in one of the several developed mini-strip shopping centers. We were so full by then that we decided we would have very little for dinner, so we bought a wonderfully smelling fresh loaf of cheese bread in a bakery, thinking we'd have wine and bread for dinner on the patio of Mountain Creek Inn. Drove on to Calloway and the Inn and the Country Inn, where ...

Oh, the penalties of memory loss.
On our second morning we again took an early power walk. It was quite chilly as we started, and we never really got warm; but it was so peaceful and fresh. They must have had a lot of rain just before our arrival. That morning we say an egret behind some reeds in the lake. I do remember that.
We had breakfast at a quaint mountaintop restaurant, sitting at a window overlooking the valley ...
