    ... we had a picnic another afternoon so it was really wonderful. None of them wanted me to return but how could I leave poor Dais on her own on the other side of the world?     Another fantasic sunny day for us to sightsee with. We went to Windsor Castle today. It has been the home of British Monarchs for more than 900 years. The Queen is in residence at the Castle on the weekends, everyone needs a small weekender to get away to don't they?

    ... zigzagging around the applique figures. I forgot to change my plate on the machine - that part where the needle goes into the machine to pick up the bottom thread. I had the straight stitch plate on the machine and needed to change to the plate where the needle could find it's way into the machine by being in other positions rather than dead center.     After taking photographs, Josh and I browsed the local shops. There were lovely little cafes with traditional English pastries and lunch items, souvenirs, and various boutiques offering items for the more posh at heart.
