The actual area they use for boarding is hidden away, but you can find it, and the Egyptian Air personnel are all very helpful, although everyone involved before reaching the gate area has to ask someone higher up if this flight really happens. When they eventually call our flight they announce that the Egypt Air flight to Budapest is now boarding through gate H5. How you are supposed to know that this ...

Jets, Megs, Gary and I weren't done so we jumped in a cab to hit the town. Unfortunately by the time we got there Gary had had enough and it was time to head home, oh well cabs are super cheap and it was worth it just to see how the place completely buzzes at night.

Straight to bed and pretty sure we will be feeling this one in the morning...

... which features a fancy clock from King Louis-Philippe of France. This clock was a gift of thanks for the Pharaonic obelisk (from the Temple of Luxor) which now stands in the Place de la Concorde in Paris. However, the clock was damaged upon delivery and has never worked.

We take off our shoes to walk over a large, carpeted area for worship inside. Thousands of lamps ...
