Annnddddd there's no one here. Disappointing but it's chill here so we sit back down at the same place to drink a little more and try catch up on the blog. (Free wifi for customers) we decided best to go to bed earlier and get a proper rest due to the half moon party being the next night, and from everything I've heard we were going to need it!

I really don't like alarm clocks. Especially at 5:30am with a full days travelling ahead of you. Ah well, crack on. Have to fly from Chiang Mai to Bangkok and then onto Surat Thani. I made the error of thinking we flew directly to Koh Samui, but my smile was wiped when I realised I was wrong and we would also be spending another 4 hours on busses and boats before getting to Koh Samui. ...
We got up early to go on out tour of Ang Thong National Marine Park. We got wet within 2 minutes of leaving the dock because the sea was VERY rough and the windows were wide open in the cabin of the boat. Brad enjoyed the waves while I started to get sea sick. So I went to the back of the boat to sit and get some fresh air and was rewarded with a big splash of sea water when the boat hit a big wave!!! It soaked me from head to toe!!! Since I last wrote, I've experienced so many different sides of Thailand that it's almost as if I've been traveling multiple completely different countries. Way up north I ended up staying a little over one week in Pai - about three hours north west of Chiang Mai. Pai is a tiny tiny town, existing of only a few streets, up in the Thai mountains.
