        ... knocked out already though it is also intriguing to have an all Southern Hempisphere final 4.

        Our last full day in Dubai we booked a morning safari tour out to the desert. I was surprised how beautiful it was with the contrast of the sand and the blue sky, with the occasional tree. The only sad thing is there was a bit of rubbish around. At one point we saw a big pile of rubbish on the side of the road with 5 camels picking through it!

        ... s mentioned but certainly not overplayed at all. The beauty, pride in and elegance of the structure certainly is. And it is beautiful and elegant and the Dubai citizenry should be proud of what they have here even if some structure surpasses it's height as will inevitably happen one day. I have a photo of Lee reflected in the polished marble floors and the glass is spotlessly clean.         Arrived in Dubai two hours behind time due to having to change course several times to avoid the cyclone which we were heading straight towards.It was pretty rough and there was a lot of rocking and rolling during the night.At about 11.30pm there was a message from the Captain to explain what was happening and we were changing course again as the ship made a sharpe turn which we all felt.         ... half be back to normal time when we get home ! Friday and Saturday are the weekend in Dubai - their first working day is Sunday - the roads are pretty quiet today and the metro does not run until 1pm as there are no office workers to transport We got a taxi back down to the Dubai mall to have a better look around , the taxis are so cheap here yet to but a drink is ridiculously expensive - on our first day we payed £14 for 2 milkshakes ! 1litre of petrol here is ...
