What day of the week is it? Where am I? Who am I? Travelling has this effect on me that after a while you lose a little sense on time and reality. I couldn't remember where we were last night, and momentarily had forgotten we had been to Mount Cook, thank heavens I have my blog to remind me. Up and out by 7:30 we needed to be at The Hermitage Hotel …

... and fell flat on my face in a shallow mud pool. I did manage to stay on the phone and in a way I'm glad I was as I probably would have cried by myself. All down my legs and side was covered in mud. I fell and forgot what I was saying on the phone - I just said to Bryony that I'd fallen over and really hurt myself. Luckily no one was around to watch me so I wasn't embarrassed. I walked into work and everyone looked at me like "OMG what happened" I wanted ...

... 10 minutes and 43 seconds. It was tough but terrific at the same time. I came home, quickly had some lunch (soft boiled egg on a cracker) not much but I drank a lot of water and then headed out to work. It was a fairly warm and pleasant day, the sun was out shining which is great for the likes of me but not so great for people that are here to ski and board. One of the mountain ranges hasn't even opened yet as there's no snow and the other has fake snow and ...
