Then on to Westport where we went Jet boating, lots of 360 spins and splashes which was great. Je suis egalement aller chercher de l'or dans la riviere (pour ceux qui l'ignore, Arrowtown est une ancienne ville miniere ! malheureusement nous n'avons rien trouve :( !!! A few days spent boarding and running around queenstown. we were lucky enough to hit queenstown with snow... and a few hundred gay skiiers and boarders. My fav things to do in Q'town are run up Ben Lomond Track, hire a bike ride the trails, visit the Montieths pub, The Speights pub in fact visit them all. NZ makes the best beer. Choose your ski fields carefully, Coronet is ok, the Remakrables aren't. We hit Cardronda and loved it.

Vanmorgen om 10.00 uur check out bij ons hotel in Queenstown. Op de terugweg naar Ashburton (om daar oud & nieuw te vieren) hebben we veel gezien. Eerst langs de Bungee-jump brug geweest. Dit is de brug waar de eerste sprong ooit werd gemaakt. Wij hebben niet gespongen, maar wel gefilmd, petjes en t-shirts gekocht. (tja, petje was echt nodig omdat het vandaag weer warm ging worden!) ... around town, Lucie went off and did her skydive so I was left to my own devices. I found the most secluded little spot down by the lake through the worst park I have ever seen - not worst as in awful but worst as in - that is so not a park - its about 50 metres long by 10 metres wide - the lamest park ever - but at the other side there is this little picnic spot with a bench overlooking the lake, town and mountains, it is truely amazing. I felt so at peace. By ...
