Il retrace davantage la vie de la « Queen Mary » (une princesse d’Angleterre mariée à un prince roumain et ayant vécu dans ce château entre les deux guerres mondiales) que celle de Dracula (qui est toutefois présentée dans les pièces les plus hautes du château).
