Not much to report on today. Went to the gym, got a haircut from Charlotte again (need a set of clippers like her they are amazing), sat in the sun for a bit then went a walk with jim and lorraine around the aspire. Wise decision though as tomorrow is gonna get pretty messy as we are going on a 6 hour drinking session on Dhow for Jims ...

... a master at 2 pot meals. I don't have many selections in my pantry's spice section...yet! So I am making do with salt, pepper, garlic and onions. These flavors are engrained in my dna so as of this moment all is well. I must find some coloring agent and need to expand my culinary horizons much more. Social experiences, hmmm... ... from dubai on the plane for both having a modern high area and old center.

It was at the moment after i started my touring walk that i realized Doha had a more distinguished old center with the old market Souq Waqif. Th mosques and the museum around it were like decorations for the main scene.

When i.was walking on the small paths of Souq Waqif with shops cafes and restaurants on both sides, i felt like running into the history with a time machine. ...
