... who had also been to Pokhara and Chitwan, and to see Chhatra and Nir again. It's a shame that Ram and Santosh couldn't also be there, but they are busy with their new clients on their EBC trek... Apparently currently snowed in in Dingboche, once again!

tried to visit the Islamic art museum today but it was shut. haha so spent a couple of hours in the souk enjoying people watching and iced coffee. dinner was at a Turkish cafe in a garage forecourt. much better than it sounds and was recommended by Kevin who'd eaten lunch there more or less daily as it was next to the skyscraper complex he'd been working at during the last 2 ...

... to the CEO, and a few phone calls, all it took was to call up the ticketing line... now was an appropriate time for a facepalm.

I also got the impression that Tom would have put me on any flight I could find out of Kathmandu. If there was one that connected through Thailand or China or Paris, he would have put me on it. The only other flight I could find, though, was a 4:30 leaving Kathmandu on Qatar Airways and going through Doha to Philly to Pittsburgh. No ...
