Well it was a good but long flight to Doha. Qatar Airways gets two thumbs up. Food and Service was great -- yes, the airplane food. I managed to get some sleep but feeling quite spaced out. ... gave me gifts! A Maasai shawl, beaded bowl, cup mats, plate mat and jewellery box, also a bracelet. I was blown away by the gifts and kind words. They said we would be remembered and God bless me and my school, and all the people who donated. She was thrilled that so much could happen. As I was about to leave petra to Amman, I met a Japanese girl at my hostel who was headed there too. I suggested we team up, which she declined, saying "i want Japanese friend".
