... they were all there. She kept saying she couldn't believe she was with us! I knew how she felt because it was pretty surreal! I hadn't realised how much I missed them until that moment! She pulled me aside and gave me a massive hug and told me "that is from your mum."

... the microphone. The first recording was dreadful as you could scarcely hear our croaking voices for the crackling background noise. For the second attempt we switched off all the fans in the room and it was a little better but the microphone was so sensitive it picked up all sorts of extraneous noises from outside.
