    Today was a boring day, a full day nearly of transporting from the Andean ocean to the gulf of Thailand. I was due to be picked up at 6:45am so a very early get up. I was worried I wouldn't get up so made sure I was up in plenty of time, only to be early for the mini bus collecting me and the pick up been 30 minutes late. She lost a heel strap from one fin that slowly sunk to the bottom of the sea at the second site but found she could snorkel just with one fin at the third. I read and lazed.     We had an early 8am pick up from the Perhentian Islands where we got a speed boat back to Kuala besut. We had to switch speed boats about 3 times, no idea why. We then got a taxi to Sungai Kolok where we were going to cross the Thai border. The taxi journey was 1.5 hours and cost less than 20!
