I found it very peaceful and calming, although the pain was annoying i learned to live with it and simply follow my breath. Sometimes i found it difficult to focus on my breath due to the pain so i shifted my concentration to the pain and tried to meditate on it. try to pull the big wooden doors shut as monkey runs towards Dean's
sock and almost gets it – by this point we hear Adrienne downstairs
laughing. Monkey eventually retreats from the balcony –
VICTORY!......then we see a hand appear at an open window on the side
of our room – AAGGHH!! Attack of the monkeys!

... we have been wearing for the last 3 days....Thank Goodness for wet-naps! The 3 hour journey turned into 4 and 1/2. But the views of the mountains, valleys and small towns were spectacular in the early morning mist. I did the best I could to photograph the scenery but in a speedy bus it was hard. Thailand is beautiful and everyone has been really nice and helpful to us!

... it all over again! Well, it's obvious that there's just so much that I want to share about this retreat. It has had a big effect of me, so much so that I'm still thinking about it two days later and don't want to let go of the memory. Overall, I would recommend this experience to everyone who is ready to truly learn about what they are made of. It certainly challenged me in ways I did not expect and I will foever be greatful for what I have learnt and for the people I met during this time.
