      We left a cold, wet Greenwich on Sunday night and stayed over at the Sofitel at Terminal 5, Heathrow. What a great way to start the trip. Relaxing in the Sofitel bar with a drink and a snack then a good night's sleep before up, shower and a 400 metre indoor walk to check in for a 10.25 flight. Beats the hell out of a sleepless night then getting up at 5am and spending 2 hours in the world's least favourite car park - the M25 - wondering will-you-or-won't-you ...

      ... and watching shows. Sunday's night show was "Destination Anywhere," with the Crown Princess Singers and Dancers. It was very good. Monday night's show was A Tribute To Billy Joel by a piano player named David James Guidice, and it was also very good.

      ... br> A week later I receive a phone call at work. “Hello Elizabeth Kroupa, I’m Detective Nancy. I’m assigned to your case regarding Sicko. Have you received any more phone calls from him?”

      “No, he never called me again since I reported it to the El Segundo police.”

      “Good! If he should ever phone you again, call me at this number.”

      I never had to call Detective Nancy.

      ... either. But we still have a few days here so only time will tell if our little ones will come back with us or strike it rich as the next Justin Beiber.

      We then had an amazing lunch at the original Farmers Market where the locals and tourists come together for a smorgasbord of foodie delights. Amazing!
