There are Cyprus trees everywhere and many huge old magnolia trees in full bloom. The place smelled just wonderful and just filled you with a sense of peace. A great way to start our day! Good to be at peace . . . :-)

Barry came to pick us up at the train station and then we went to his house to meet his family. We went to the Eudora Bar and then onto C for dancing. These were in Laouwai Town, which is the really buzzy area in Ningbo where there are lots of clubs and bars. We had a lovely evening, lots of fun, and good company.

... s birthday, so Eric and Barry surprised him at a KTV, which is a very popular place in China where you can rent rooms to do Karaoke. There was cake and snacks and we just sang songs in Chinese and English all night long. This night was definitely some of the most fun I had since I arrived in China, and I'm looking forward to spending more time with Barry and the gang

Many more great experiences are surely in store for me and I look forward to sharing them.
