... I bolted for the disabled loo entrance instead. The flight was delayed only a very little time, but was only a 4 hour flight. I enjoyed very much the film 'Blended' which made me cry with laughter the whole way thru, with Andy keep elbowing me to stop laughing out so loudly and so often. He watched x-men but certainly didn't look as enthralled as I did about my film. After our beef oyster noodle snack tray, he chose to watch my film and proceeded to do exactly as I did, laughing ...

Off to B shed to begin this adventure. 9.30 departure on a rolling wave as we head to Rottnest. A decision to us the on/ off bus as I have special bike riding skills. Good decision to alight at stop 5 for a coastal walk to see some dolphins wave surfing awe wait for the bus. Onto stop 11 to alight again to see the western most point on this natural wonderland. Some whales in the distance as we walk to the end of the island. Turn around and head for the seals and a huge ...

He slept in his bed for another couple of hours when we arrived ...

Yes, Perth is much bigger than I remember, mostly under water or overlooking it. A lot of dodgy yet costly coffee, so our pod machine did what came natural to it.

Had a lovely time with friends and family and hope to catch up with them later in Melbourne. So, quoting Jake Blues from the Blues Brothers movie, " The Lord works in mysterious ways".

After a solid week of rain Regan and I were both keen to get outside today. We headed 50 km north of the city heading to Yenchup national park. It is on the very north edge of Perth and has lovely walks, some amazing crystal caves and a koala sanctuary. We checked out the koalas first. They are so adorable but pretty lazy. They have gums cut for them each day and most of the ones we saw were all fast asleep in the trees. The park was ...
