... of some “veteran” teachers, we found some new food sources which will help – cream cheese and sliced ham. I made Blanche’s mushroom dip last night and it tasted soooo good!

We know the deep freeze has settled in at home and we’re shivering in empathy. At least there hasn’t been a lot of snow to shovel yet!

PS. I've added a few more pictures from the Guilin trip

    Take care and stay warm!

... And all that cost, are you ready, $10 Canadian! We’ll be going back.

So it’s now Saturday afternoon and we’re leaving soon for the airport in Guangzhou which will involve taxi, train and subway rides. Not sure if I’ll be posting from Australia or not, so we want to wish you all a very merry Christmas and an enjoyable holiday with friends and family.

    All the best!
